Popsicles

I have seen a pin on Pinterest about popsicles made from bananas, cocoa and coconut milk.  I made them the other day and they were amazing.  Seriously.  Like in a fudgesicle way.

The kids liked them, too.  Except for Micah, but he's weird so that doesn't count.  And since I only made four, that meant I got to eat his!
The next day I made even better pops!  I call them Peachy Cream Blueberry Pops.  Since I made up this recipe, I get to name it, right???  Anyway, they were so good!!!

Puree 3 peaches.  I left the skin on.  Pour this into the bottom half of your mold.  (I poured in a little more than I wanted, but they still tasted good!)

There was still a little bit of the peach puree left, so I added some plain yogurt to make it creamy.  Then I poured some of that into the mold, leaving enough room for a few blueberries.

I added maybe 7 or 8 blueberries to each mold and put the stick on the top.  My sticks have a little drip catcher so that it can hold all the melted yumminess and then you sip it out!

Voila!  Peachy Cream Blueberry pops!!!  So.  So.  So.  So.  So.  Good.  Did I mention how good they were???   Seriously.   Fantastic.
